A high quality grappa produced by the Dellavalle brand in Piedmonte.

This spirit has been made the pomace of the famous Barolo wine grape, before being traditionally distilled in small, bain-marie style stills. The grappa is then aged in rovere oak casks for around a year.

The final product is fruity, bright spirit, with flavours of ripe red grapes, pomace funk, green wood, oak, vanilla, slight cinnamon and nutmeg, toffee, subtle dried fruits and sweet red wine.

A delicious grape pomace brandy, perfect for sipping after a meal.
