A high quality grappa from the Piedmont based Dellavalle brand.

This spirit has been made with the marc or pomace of the Barbera grape, which has been fermented, and then traditionally distilled in small-scale bain marie stills. This spirit has been matured for around 12 months in rovere oak casks

This is a succulent, soft and complex grappa with notes of mixed baking spices, cherries, sweet red grapes, oak, figs, toffee, soft flowers and vanilla.

A sweet and sophisticated grappa, perfect for after-dinner sipping.
