An unaged single varietal grappa made by the Piedmont-based Dellavalle brand.

This spirit has been made with the pomace of the Chardonnay grape, and distilled in a gentle manner to ensure the flavours of the grape are retained.

The result is a grappa with notes of sweet white grapes, sultanas, vanilla, white sugar, light oak, some toasty Chardonnay notes, a little funky pomace and peppery spice.

Best served slightly cold.
