This spirit is produced using a base of Gavi grape pomace. The spirit is carefully distilled in traditional small bain-marie stills to preserve its flavour

As a result, this grappa has delicate notes of light flowers, vanilla, white grapes, dry white wine, green apples, powdered sugar, white chocolate and peppery spice.

Crisp and clean, this spirit is best served a little chilled.
