A delicious, lightly matured grappa from the Dellavalle company.

This spirit was distilled from the pomace of the Nebbiolo grape - which is grown in Dellavalle’s home province of Piedmont.

After gentle distillation in small batch stills, the spirit is aged for between 12 and 18 months in Rovere oak casks.

The final product is a supple, balanced spirit with notes of grapes, vanilla, toffee, light oak, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins, green wood, grape blossom, cut herbs and lemon.

Complex and flavoursome, this is an excellent grape pomace brandy.
