An unaged grappa made with Barbera grape pomace by the Dellavalle company.

This grappa has been fermented and distilled carefully in order to retain the natural flavour of the grape marc – which signs through in this spirit.

Drinkers should expect notes of sweet dark grapes, green wood, peppery spice, dried fruit, white sugar and subtle vanilla.

Ideally served lightly chilled.
