A delicious, matured grappa from the Dellavalle brand in Piedmont.

This grappa has been matured from the pomace of Campania grape varieties (the oldest of which were brought over from Greece in ancient times - hence this Grappa’s name) separately in traditional discontinuous bain-marie stills. The spirit is then blended and matured in Rovere oak casks for 12 months.

The result is a refined and gentle grappa with notes of flowers, raisins, baked apples, red grapes, green wood, oak, vanilla, toffee, sandalwood and peppery spice.

Enjoy this as you would a Cognac or whisky.
