A single varietal grappa from the Northern Italian Dellavalle brand.

This grappa has been made using the pomace of the Moscato grape, fermented and slowly distilled in small stills to preserve the flavours of the base ingredient.

The grappa itself brings flavours of vanilla, white peaches, apples, sweet grapes, icing sugar, black pepper, flowers and cut herbs.

Sweet and characterful, this is an excellent expression from the grappa specialists.
