A well aged Grappa that has been finished in Amarone wine casks.

The spirit has been made in the time-honoured style, using grape pomace, with distillation occurring in small bain-marie stills.

After an initial maturation of 36 months, this grappa has spent another 36 months in Amarone wine cask from the Veneto region of Italy.

As a result, this grappa delivers flavours of red berries, vanilla, raisins, orange rind, sweet red grapes, cut herbs, cinnamon, cloves, espresso, prunes and old oak.

A decadent and delicious grappa, with tremendous intensity of flavour.
