A tasty grappa from Villa de Varda, found in the Trentino region of Northern Italy.

Made with high quality grape pomace gathered from local vineyards, and distilled in a discontinuous copper still. The spirit has then been aged in former Amarone Barriques, developing a wonderful complexity and flavour.

The result is a grappa packed with oaky notes of vanilla, spice, dried fruit, caramel and cream, alongside spritelier, spirituous flavours of green grape, peppery spice, slight citrus and herbs.

A high quality grappa, which is perfect after a meal.
