Another delectable Grappa from the Marolo distillery.

This bottling has been made in tribute to the father of the Marolo distillery, and is produced using pomace of several red grape varieties grown in the Roero area.

An unaged grappa, this spirit is bottled at a powerful 60%, and offers a pure flavour of the pomace, with notes of almond flakes, green apples and pears, flowers, intense white pepper and cinnamon heat, some vegetal green wood and red wine tannins.

Beautifully presented with a wooden gift box.
