A rich and flavoursome Amaro from grappa producers, Marolo.
This bittersweet herbal liqueur was first produced in 1854 using a recipe created by Dr Domenico Ulrich, who gives his name to the Amaro. The Amaro is now made by Paolo Marolo’s distillery. Paolo has been producing grappa and liqueurs of the highest quality for more than 35 years.
Ulrich Amaro is made using 19 different herbs, fruits, flowers and other botanicals. These are traditionally extracted, ensuring that the active and aromatic substances of the ingredients are preserved in the final product.
Ulrich Amaro offers notes of black liquorice, aniseed, wormwood, dried flowers, dark caramel, root beer, warming spice, toffee, vanilla, gentian, citrus rind and dried apples.
Best served as a classic digestif.
