A smaller bottling of Trentino distillery Villa de Varda’s superb single grape grappa.

This bottling is made using Teroldego pomace, a grape strain found locally to the Trentino region.

The spirit has not been aged, and offers up all the spicy red fruit and acidity associated with that ancient grape. This grappa is bursting with notes of red berries, apples, spice and herbs.
