A bright, clear unaged grappa from Villa de Varda.

Part of their Più (meaning ‘best’) selection of high quality spirit, this grappa has been made with a variety of Trentino pomace. The pomace is fermented with Villa de Varda’s special assortment of yeasts, whilst distillation occurs in traditional copper discontinuous stills.

Free from oak influence, this grappa offers powerful flavours of the pomace, with a funky grape quality, accompanied by some green wood flavours, herbs, almond, lime, peppery spice, flowers, grape juice and green apple.

A vivid and flavoursome grappa, which could be used as a base for cocktails.
