One of the bottles that helped to establish Plantation as a well-respected rum producer. This is a white rum blend including rum from the “Three Stars” of the Caribbean: Trinidad, Jamaica and Barbados. Each nation is a heartland of rum production, producing drastically different styles of rum. These contrasting characters are used to great effect by the Cognac Ferrand President and Cellar Master Alexandre Gabriel to produce a varied, balanced and complex rum. Indeed, some of the rums in this blend have ben aged, though their colour is removed through a process of carbon filtration, resulting in a zesty, crisp white rum with the body and complexity of a darker rum. A truly delightful white rum upon which to build all manner of white-rum cocktails.
