The entry level offering dark rum from Plantation, this was designed to be an approachable sipper, or to add a little depth to rum cocktails. Nevertheless, Plantation have not scrimped on the quality of this fantastic rum. Made of a blend of Trinidadian and Jamaican rum, Original Dark is matured for a period in the Caribbean, before being moved across the globe to be matured at Château de Bonbonnet. Plantation have also given this rum their characteristic double cask maturation, resulting in a rum of extraordinary rich flavour. An excellent gateway into Plantation’s range fabulous rums.
