A fascinating expression from the Dellavalle brand of grappa.

This 2005 vintage has been made from high quality pomace, from grapes grown in the finest regions of Monferrato. The spirit is then distilled using the bain-marie technique, in small stills, before being aged for some considerable time in Marsala wine barriques.

The result is a spirit that offers notes of delicate flowers, red grapes, green wood, old wine, leather, dried fruits, oak, candied fruits, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, milk chocolate and stem ginger.

Beautifully presented in a decanter style bottling with a presentation box.
