A high quality grappa made with 100% Pinot Nero Pomace from Trentino, in Italy’s Northeast.

After distillation, the spirit has been aged for three years in French oak barrels, with a medium toast.

The final product is a grappa with notes of coffee, milk chocolate, vanilla, dried fruit, cherry, blackcurrant, plums, strawberries and raspberries, alongside some subtle marzipan.

A complex and flavourful grappa, perfect for after dinner drinking.
