Another delicious aged grappa from Trentino-based distillery Villa de Varda.
Villa de Varda use grape pomace that has been freshly gathered from the vineyards, sometimes still dripping with juice. The pomace is fermented with carefully selected yeasts, and distilled in traditional discontinuous copper stills.
This grappa has been aged in Amarone Barriques from the famous Bertani wine makers, found in the region of Veneto, which borders Trentino.
The result is a super fruity and flavoursome grappa, with notes of rich wine, fresh juicy grapes, lime, pepper, toffee, spice, dried fruits, oak, vanilla, flowers and honey.
Each bottling comes with a smart wooden presentation box.
