Nonino are said to have revolutionized the production of this ancient spirit when they developed the concept of single varietal “Monovitigno” grappa in 1973.

One of the world’s most popular wine grapes, Chardonnay is, of course, known for its subtle, soft sweetness. This quality of the grape has been enhanced by the grappa’s 12 month maturation in oak barriques, in the Nonino cellars.

An excellent alternative to aged rums and whiskies, this grappa is a superb accompaniment to chocolaty desserts.
