A wonderfully well aged Mauritian single estate rum.

This rum has been made using molasses made from cane grown in Ville Bague, the original estate of the Harel family, one of the founding members of the New Grove brand.

Aged for 16 years in French Limousin oak casks, some of which had held Cognac, this is a deeply flavoured rum.

Drinkers can expect notes of caramelised apples, vanilla, white pepper, toffee, pineapple, banana, mango, dried fruits, allspice, gooseberries, grapes, dark oak, chocolate, blond tobacco and leather.
