A single vintage Grappa from the Marolo distillery.

This Italian spirit was distilled using grape pomace from the 2010 harvest. The grappa uses several different varieties of grape grown in the Roero region of Piedmont, in northern Italy.

This bottling is made in dedication to the Father of Marolo distillery, and has been aged for several years in wooden barrels.

The result is a perfumed, and deeply flavoured grappa, featuring notes of fresh bread, grape blossom, apples, pears, green wood, light oakiness, white pepper and clean honey.

A top class Grappa, bottled at a generous 45% and presented in a beautiful wooden box.
