A delicious cherry liqueur from Dutch company Bols, probably the oldest distillery still functioning in the world.

This snappy, clear liqueur is produced with cherries from the Black Forest, a region of Germany famous for its berry fruit. Interestingly enough, Bols add a little malt wine to this liqueur, giving it a bit more character and body.

The Kirsch has flavours of almond, rose, white chocolate, dark cherry yoghurt, malt, marzipan and slight vanilla.

Bottled at 38% ABV, this is a robust liqueur that would work well in cocktails. Kirsch Clear contains less sugar than any other Bols liqueur.
