An excellent Cherry Brandy from the masters of liqueur production, Dutch distillery Bols. Bols have been in operation since 1575, and know a thing or two about making superb distillate.

This deep red and inviting liqueur is made with cherry juice concentrate sourced from Eastern Europe, traditionally the homeland of cherry brandy.

Interestingly enough, Bols crush the kernels of the cherries and use them in the brandy, impart an almond like flavour. An array of herbs and spices add complexity to the final spirit.

The result is a liqueur which tastes a little like a cherry bakewell, with notes of slightly tart and luscious red cherries, almond, jammy fruits and a touch of cinnamon spice.

Pretty delicious drunk over ice, Cherry Brandy is a vital ingredient in a number of classic mixed drinks, most notably the Blood and Sand, Singapore Sling and Remember the Maine cocktails.
