A hard-hitting spiced rum from the Ableforth’s range. This is the amped-up, higher proof version, that further plays into the bottling’s nautical theme.

Rumbullion is an obsolete word for rum, but also reflects something of this spirit’s punchy, old school character.

This bottling is made with a base of high proof Caribbean rum, which is blended with vanilla from Madagascar, orange peel, cassia, cloves, cardamom and other secret ingredients.

The result is a powerful rum which delivers heaps of vanilla flavours, alongside notes of rich citrus, cola syrup, cloves, dark oak, lemon rind, brown sugar, intense cinnamon, pineapple, bananas, dark molasses, cream, salted caramel and caramelised apples.

A fantastic base for all manner of rum cocktails, the high proof of 57% ABV ensures that this rum is assertive in even the most complex drink. It also does well served simply over one large ice cube.
