A French single malt whisky from the famous Calvados producer, Chateau du Breuil.

This dram has been made using Golden Promise, and is produced in a manner similar to Scotch whisky. The spirit has been aged in small French oak barrels, before a finish in former peated whisky casks from a “legendary Islay distillery.”

The result is a whisky perfumed with floral peat smoke, serving up flavours of woodsmoke, peat, roasted barley, earthy spice, oak, vanilla, some barrel char and funky, almost rum-like notes of banana and pineapple.
