You may well know Château du Breuil for being one of the best producers of Calvados around, however they also make delicious fruit liqueurs.

This plum-based offering is a fine example. Whilst it isn’t distilled at the Château, it is matured there, under the care of Breuil’s Cellar Masters. Indeed, it is a testament to their well-honed abilities.

The brandy ages for about 6 years in oak casks, with the final product rich in notes of prunes, plums, cherries, strawberries, oak, toffee, cloves and vanilla.

A really high quality plum brandy, which is delicious served like a dessert wine, or used in cocktails.
