A super characterful white whiskey from Michigan’s Journeyman Distillery.

This bottling was made as a tribute to the founder Bill Welter’s grandfather and father – William and Chuck, two entrepreneurs and “journeymen” in their own right.

An unaged version of the Last Feather rye, this whiskey has been made with 60% organic rye, and 40% organic wheat grain.

The result is a softer, chewier version of a white rye whiskey, but still offering up plentiful rye spice, alongside flavours of green mango, underripe banana, white bread, vanilla, and apples.

A great base for cocktails – but also enjoyable served over ice.
