Doubtlessly one of the finest Cognac houses in the region, Cognac Jean Fillioux have been producing fantastic spirit ever since their foundation in 1880. They have been family owned throughout their history, with the current manager having been in his role for nearly 7 decades. The estate is found in the “golden triangle” of the Grand Champagne cru, ranked consistently as the best of the Cognac region. The House has a vineyard of only 63 acres, meaning production is quite low and stocks limited. This wonderful bottling is a lovely, fresh and youthful Cognac, with floral and fruit notes resonating across the palate. The flavours are given a boost from the warming 42% ABV proof. A perfect pour after a meal, or just before bed!
