A well aged blend of malt wines from Dutch producer Rutte.

This bottilng contains malt wines of different ages, that have been combined with botanicals including carob and liquorice. The spirit has then been aged for a time in new and old oak barrels.

The result is an intense and flavoursome Koornwyn (cornwine) which possesses notes of dried fruit, apricot, vanilla, oak, sugar, malt, corn and liquorice. A nice, long, and somewhat spicy finish.

A subtle, sophisticated product, this is an approachable and delicious malt wine spirit.
