A high quality genever from Rutte, made in the Jonge (young) modern style.

These Jonge-style genevers include less malt wine than genever has historically contained, producing a more neutral style spirit. Rutte still use quite a bit more malt wine than most producers, ensuring a more flavoursome final product. The genever has been flavoured with botanicals including junioper, angelica, coriander and orris root.

The result is a soft, bright spirit with notes of grain sweetness, cut herbs, juniper fruitiness, peppery spice and malt. Try this in place of gin in some classic cocktails.
