A very fine single malt from the Penderyn distillery of Wales. It is comprised of whiskies aged in both bourbon and sherry oak casks, which, then combined, creates a wonderful flavour profile with tonnes of dry sherry and fruity flavours along with bright, green apples, and toffee and vanilla. This one is a real winner, and we highly recommend trying it, at least just once.
