A very interesting gin liqueur from Nusbaumer.

This bottling combines sweet, mellow mirabelle plums with the distillery’s Jos’Berri gin (produced with 25 different botanicals and ingredients - largely sourced from the nearby Vosges mountains).

The fruit is infused with the gin, creating a spirit with notes of creamy, sweet plums, resinous juniper, prunes, earthy spice, herbs, citrus rind, liquorice, and subtle vegetal notes.

Excellent used in place of gin in cocktails.
