A spicy liqueur from the Nusbaumer distillery.

This spirit is produced using the rhizomes, or small lateral roots, of the ginger plant. These are then infused in brandy and distilled. A sugar syrup is added, and the spirit is reduced down to 40% with water from the Vosges mountain range.

The liqueur itself offers notes of subtle spice, fresh candied ginger, some slight vegetal flavours and a touch of brandy sweetness.

Beautiful poured over vanilla ice cream.
