A fascinating product from Alsatian distillery, Nusbaumer.

This bottling is made by macerating fresh cherries in Nusbaumer’s Gin Jos’berri.

The gin is made by distilling 25 botanicals, berries and spices, which largely grow in the Vosges mountains. To the gin, fresh cherries are added. The result is a spirit that offers notes of sweet cherries, jammy berries, juniper, subtle acid and citrus rind, herbs, flowers, forest floor and earthy spice.

A little weaker than your standard drink at 30%, this liqueur makes for a refreshing base for cocktails.
