A wonderful gin from Nusbaumer, inspired by their local region of Alsace and the Vosges mountains.

The gin is made by distilling 25 botanicals, berries and spices, the majority of which are sourced from the nearby mountains.

The gin offers notes of resinous juniper, fresh herbs, rooty spice (ginger, gentian and liquorice), some subtle vegetal flavours, elderberries, citrus fruit, pears, prunes, rhubarb and warming spice (particularly cinnamon).

Complex and flavoursome, this makes a delicious Martini.
