A fascinating liqueur from the Alsatian Nusbaumer distillery, this spirit is flavoured with the berries of holly tree. Harvesting these berries is painstaking process, so this style of liqueur is very rarely made.

This liqueur is entirely naturally flavoured, using a minimum of 5kg of berries per litre of spirit. This spirit is then aged for a couple of years in stainless steel casks to ensure full integration of flavour.

The result is a fragrant, slightly vegetal spirit with notes of forest floor, bittersweet berries, sour cherries and fresh green leaves.
