A high quality eau-de-vie from Nusbaumer distillery.

This product is made with only the finest, ripest pears, grown in the Rhône Valley and the Durance.

The fruit is fermented naturally, before being traditionally distilled, and then aged for a few years in stainless steel tanks, to ensure a well-rounded final product.

The spirit itself brings notes of very ripe and juicy pears, pear cider, baked apples, subtle spice and almonds.
