A very old Fins Bois Cognac from Vaudon, an estate owned by the cellar master of François Voyer, Pierre Vaudon. It was selected by the Legacy Brandy group in 2021.

It's a blend of 2 lots (78 and 80), which were married in a single cask and bottled at cask strength, yielding 642 bottles.

This cognac is very well rounded thanks to both its age and the higher than typical proof. It shows a balanced mix of stone fruits and citrus peel, tart pomegranate seeds, caramel sugars, and deeper oak driven notes of herbal bitters and dark chocolate.Ryan, Legacy Brandy
