A rather astonishingly matured Genever from historic Belgian producers, Filliers.

This 1997 vintage Genever (produced using malt wine) has been aged for no less than 17 years. The spirit was aged in oak barrels, developing wonderful depth of flavour, and a soft mouthfeel.

The final product is a Genever that delivers flavours of caramel, rich oak, some subtle spice, honeyed juniper, black pepper, toasted grain and weighty malt.

Best enjoyed neat, like a good whisky, this is a Genenver of a rare quality.
