The Filliers Pine Blossom Dry Gin is made with the use of pine of the type Pinus Sylvestris (also known as Scots pine) which is a type of pine typical to the “High North”. The pine tree was, for many years, known for its medicinal abilities as well as having a sweet and rather refreshing taste. This is a rather unusual gin, with a flavour profile very different from what would normally be associated with classic gin. It does, however, still have the classic flavours of Filliers gin, so if you’re already a fan – try this!
