A youthful, yet characterful barrel aged Genever from Belgian outfit Filliers, who have been distilling since 1880.

Fillier are one of the largest distilleries making Genever in the world, and have plenty of aged stock. The Genenver is made with a base malt wine of barley, rye and corn, which is aged in former Bourbon American oak casks. The only botanical used, juniper, is added once the spirit has been matured.

A youthful and spritely offering, this Genever posses notes of vanilla, oak, orange rind, malt, rye spices, oak, nutmeg and some fudgey sweetness.

A perfectly balanced Genever, with the oaky flavours in perfect harmony with the botanicals of the spirit.
