A delightful take on the classic combination of rhubarb and ginger from Scottish gin distillery, Edinbrugh Gin.
This spicy and flavoursome liqueur uses spring-forced rhubarb, which is known to be the sweetest kind, and intense oriental ginger. These are infused in small batches with Edinburgh Gin’s excellent London Dry style spirit.
The final result is a sweet, spicy and fruity liqueur, with tart rhubarb and botanicals on the palate, and a warming gingery finish.
Delicious served with ice, this liqueur is also terrific in spritz style drinks, or hot toddies.
