A satin smooth gin liqueur from the Edinburgh Gin Distillery.

This bottling infuses Edinburgh gin’s classic expression (a small batch offering rich in zesty juniper notes) with ripe Scottish plums and vanilla from Madagascar – which is widely considered to be the premiere vanilla growing territory.

The final product is opulent and sweet, with notes of rich ripe berries, vanilla, subtle juniper and sweet gin botanicals. The mouthfeel is full and syrupy, with a lingering honeyed flavour.

Served this over ice in the summer, or paired with Prosecco, tonic, lemonade or as a twist on the classic Gin Sour.
