Scotland is known for producing some of the very best raspberries anywhere in the world. Indeed, during the 1950s a train called the Raspberry Special used to run from Scotland to London, to meet high demand for the tangy berries.

Edinburgh Gin have blended the finest berries from a family owned farm in Perthshire town Blairgowrie with their (already excellent) London dry style Edinburgh Gin. Certainly, this liqueur does the reputation of Scottish raspberries no harm at all.

This bottling is a liqueur packed full of jammy berry flavours, which marry gently with the botanical, spicy and citrusy flavours of the base gin, creating a well-balanced final product.
