A dry variant of Chartreuse’s classic Génépi liqueur.

The bitter, fragrant Génépi flower, also known as wormwood, is harvested by mountaineers during the late summer months. In bygone years, the herb was prized for its reviving and medicinal properties.

A classic of the Savoy region, the liqueur is produced by seeping botanicals and Génépi in neutral spirit, and redistilling with further botanicals. The bottling itself is absinthe-adjacent, though a little sweeter. This liqueur serves up notes of bright green herbs, aniseed, black liquorice, caramel, rooty spice, pressed flowers and slight botanical berries.

A great digestif, perfect for sipping neat after a meal.
