A high quality release from the world famous French liqueur, Chartreuse. This bottling made use of the nous of some of France’s leading Sommeliers, producing a special Cuvée of Chartreuse.

To ensure the secrecy of Chartreuse’s formulas, the Sommeliers were not given access to the ancient recipes. Nevertheless, this is a bottling that remains in keeping with the Chartreuse style, although it does lack a touch of the sweetness that the normal Yellow Label possesses.

The final result is a delightfully herbaceous liqueur, with a medium sweetness and plentiful notes of mint, anise, peppery spice, chamomile, and violet.

Bottled at a hefty 45% ABV, this is a delectable aperitif. Pours a golden, sunny yellow.
