A superb, highly traditional Jenever from Dutch masters Bols.

Jenever, the classic spirit of the Netherlands and forerunner to modern gin, is made with a base of malt wine and flavoured with juniper, giving it something of a whisky-like, slightly earthy character.

These ‘Oude’ or ‘Old’ bottlings are not aged in casks, but rather made to the old fashioned formula, with a smaller percentage of malt wine and greater number of botanicals.

This is a highly popular, great value bottling which offers up plentiful intense juniper and herbal botanical notes.
