A single cask Wolfburn whisky, originally released as a Dutch market exclusive.

This dram was matured for seven years in a second-fill, ex-Pedro Ximénez Sherry butt.

The end result? A dram with flavours of clean sherried fruits, a little walnut, mocha, red apple candies, almonds, fresh cereal, liquorice, cloves, cinnamon and subtle oak.

Bottled at 52% ABV, this is an impressive, medium-bodied dram.

Only 597 bottles were produced.
