Full of powerful grassy cane notes, this rum hails from Martinique, where the Trois Rivières estate is bordered by three rivers: Bois d'Inde, Oman and St. Pierre.

The company grows its cane in the south of the island where the nearby ocean and clay-rich soil provide ideal conditions for the cultivation of the crop.

It is this cane that really shines through on this bottling, providing much of the flavour in this sweet and aggressive spirit. Expect big flavours of succulent grassy cane, some tropical fruit, vanilla and lime rind.
